1. Parties

Seller: URBEX OBSESSION, Société Anonyme (SA), address: France, Paris, email: contact@urbexobsession.com

Buyer: Any adult (18+) natural person or legal entity making a purchase on https://urbexobsession.com/

2. Subject and Products

These T&C govern the sale of digital products (detailed maps of abandoned locations, GPS coordinates, downloadable digital files) on urbexobsession.com.

Essential product characteristics (format, area covered, number of points of interest) are described on each product page.

Important: All information is for INDICATIVE PURPOSES ONLY and does not encourage trespassing on private or abandoned properties. See clause 6.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) including applicable taxes. URBEX OBSESSION reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of order.

Payment via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Secured by SSL/TLS and PCI-DSS. No card data is stored by URBEX OBSESSION.

For customers outside the EU, local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Digital Delivery

Delivery is made immediately upon payment confirmation via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal – Digital Products

Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK):

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express agreement and express waiver.

By checking the required box at checkout, the buyer expressly waives their right of withdrawal once the download begins. This consent is mandatory to complete the order.

No refund will be issued once the download has been initiated, except for a technical failure attributable to URBEX OBSESSION. Claims: contact@urbexobsession.com

URBEX OBSESSION provides geographical information (GPS coordinates, maps, descriptions) for STRICTLY INFORMATIONAL AND INDICATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. This information does not constitute an invitation, incitement, recommendation or authorization to access, enter or trespass on any abandoned, private, or restricted property.
Accessing abandoned locations may be ILLEGAL (trespassing, breaking and entering) and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, potentially resulting in serious injury or DEATH. BY PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS AND CHECKING THE ACCEPTANCE BOX, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

1.  URBEX OBSESSION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY ENCOURAGE the access, entry or trespassing of abandoned, private, or restricted-access properties.
2.  All information is FOR INDICATIVE PURPOSES ONLY. Accuracy, accessibility, safety and legality of accessing listed locations are not guaranteed and may change at any time.
3.  You are SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE for your decisions, actions and all consequences, including but not limited to:     
•  Minor or serious physical injury     
•  Death     
•  Property damage or damage to third parties     
•  Criminal or civil prosecution for trespassing or violating private property rights     
•  Fines and legal penalties in your jurisdiction
4.  URBEX OBSESSION, its officers, shareholders, employees and partners SHALL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages — including bodily injury, death, property damage, financial loss or legal proceedings — resulting from the use of purchased information.
5.  You confirm being 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a contract.
6.  You confirm having read, understood and fully accepted this disclaimer prior to any purchase. URBEX OBSESSION encourages all users to respect private property and local laws at all times.

7. License of Use

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license for strictly private use.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Reproducing, copying or duplicating purchased files
  • Reselling, redistributing or sharing files with third parties (free or paid)
  • Publishing coordinates online, on social media, forums or applications
  • Using information for commercial purposes without prior written authorization
  • Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works

Any breach results in immediate license termination and may give rise to infringement proceedings.

8. Intellectual Property

All distributed content is protected by intellectual property law. Any infringement is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

DMCA Protection (USA): URBEX OBSESSION reserves the right to request removal of any pirated or illegally redistributed content via DMCA procedures or any applicable legal process.

9. Mediation and Dispute Resolution

For EU residents, if amicable resolution fails:

10. Governing Law
