It was a nice December morning as Max and I followed the routes laid out for us by the GPS. I still had a number of prospects to check out, and mother nature was being kind enough to afford me the time before snowfall to do so.
There were some trees covering this place from the road, so initially I wasn’t sure exactly what this place was about. There seemed to be a lot of garbage strewn about the property, so it was probably a good target. Indeed, many things to look at outside, the inside was largely gutted and had apparently been undergoing renovations at the time it was abandoned. The basement was completely flooded, so I didn’t bother going down there. Parts of the roof had collapsed as well, and even the floor was a bit spongy. I think the whole thing will likely need to be demoed.
Anyhow, I enjoyed it for what it was before Max and I continued on our journey.
